There are literally thousands upon thousands of apps for all your devices. You can live the life of a goat, run through hidden jungles, and read your favorite news. Why shouldn't you also be able to engage with reptiles? 

The truth is, there are very few apps devoted to reptiles and amphibians. I have braved the app-stores and found what I believe to be the best list of mobile applications for herps. I have limited the selection to only those apps that appear active and that have positive reviews on at least one platform. Reviews may differ between versions and operating systems so I encourage you to do a confirm before you buy.
